Pete Shipps built his first home at the age of 18 and has been in the Construction Industry ever since. With a God-given talent for Architectural Design, and an all-encompassing knowledge of Construction, Pete has been dubbed 'The Project Whisperer' for expertly serving to bridge the gap between Architect, Builder, Sub-Contractor, and Tradesmen. The result: A streamlined, more efficient Design + Build process in every way.

Pete's design portfolio includes the iconic wedding venue, The Farm at Old Edwards, featuring The Pavilion and Orchard House by Old Edwards Hospitality Group, along with the popular Falls Cottages, Satulah Suites, 200 Main, Half-Mile Farm, Four65 Woodfire Bistro & Bar, Elements Spa & Wellness, and Event Barn Recreation Amenities at GlenCove by Old Edwards. His design work can be seen in publications and experienced throughout the town of Highlands, North Carolina, in restaurants, residences, retail spaces, and storefronts.
